After a 6-month long break, he is ready to prove his scoring ability. In Boston Bruins, he is going to play with next great Slovak hockey player Zdeno Chara.

Miroslav Satan was captain of Slovak team in each World Championship tournament we got medal from (2000 – Silver, 2002- Gold, 2003-Bronze). He´s been also placed on roster for the Olympics, hoping he can unite the Gold medal from the World Championship, Stanley Cup and aslo the Gold medal from the Olympic Games.
